Terminada la construcción del Ferrocarril Troncal de Oriente, en el sector Barbosa-Bucaramanga, y si los estudios hechos en el sector Bucaramanga-Fundación lo aconsejaren, se procederá a la construcción de este último sector, invirtiendo anualmente la suma de $2.000.000, tomados del Fondo Ferroviario Nacional.
