Para cobrar los créditos fiscales que nacen de los alcances líquidos contenidos en los títulos ejecutivos a que se refiere la presente Ley, se seguirá el proceso de jurisdicción coactiva señalado en el Código de Procedimiento Civil, salvo los aspectos especiales que aquí se regulan.
