El Artículo 21 Del Decreto 700 De 1954 Quedará Así: Artículo 21

Decreto 188 de 1958 · por el cual se reforman los Decretos 700 de 1954 y 0073 de 1958, y se dictan otras disposiciones sobre Jurisdicción Penal Aduanera.

°. El artículo 21 del Decreto 700 de 1954 quedará así: Artículo 21. Los Jueces Superiores de Aduanas tendrán la misma categoría, privilegios y asignaciones de los Jueces Superiores de Distrito Judicial y serán Jefes de las investigaciones que se adelanten dentro del territorio de su jurisdicción.

Parágrafo

Los Jueces Auxiliares de Instrucción Penal Aduanera devengarán un sueldo mensual de mil pesos ($1.000.00) moneda legal.
