Los negocios que cursen en los Juzgados Superiores y de Circuito Civil o Penal, serán sometidos a repartimiento general cuando, conforme al presente Decreto, haya más de no Juez en un mismo Circuito Penal o Civil. Este repartimiento se verificará al entrar en vigencia el presente decreto. Comuníquese y publíquese.
