Artículo primero . Modificase el artículo 2º del Decreto legislativo número 0029 de 1957, en el sentido de que las apropiaciones para gastos de administración, explotación, sostenimiento, con servicio, desarrollo y ampliación del Terminal Marítimo de Buenaventura de que trata el Decreto número 054 de 1957, podrá invertirse hasta $ 1.000.000.00. destinados a la reconstrucción y ampliación del Acueducto de Buenaventura, aunque los productos del Terminal Marítimo no den margen para ello.

Parágrafo

, La suma de que trata este artículo será entregada al Instituto de Fomento Municipal, que es la entidad encargada de ejecutar las obras respectivas, debiendo a ello ya sea por administración directa o por contrato.
