ARTICULO 3.8.2.17.- LIBRETA DE AHORRO E INVERSION. Los aportes de los trabajadores se acreditarán mediante libretas de ahorro e inversión. Cada libreta llevará impresos los artículos de este capítulo, y del reglamento de administración, que fijen el derecho de participación del trabajador en los valores y créditos del fondo. En la libreta de ahorro e inversión, se abonarán los aportes del tenedor, la parte que a este corresponda en la contribución de la empresa a medida que se vaya consolidando, y la reinversión de utilidades cuando fuere del caso. Las libretas de ahorro e inversión no podrán negociarse ni cederse. CAPITULO III DE LA ASAMBLEA, JUNTA DIRECTIVA Y REVISORIA FISCAL
