El Escribiente está subordinado al Administrador. Llevará el libro de registro y pasara en seguida todos los documentos que entren a despacho del Administrador; tendrá a su cargo el envió de las notas que dirija el Administrador a la demás Oficinas; la vigilancia de lo que entre al establecimiento o salga de él y las demás funciones que se le señalen en este Decreto y en los reglamentos internos de la Litografía.
