Las tasas correspondientes a los trámites, actuaciones especiales, solicitudes varias y demás servicios de que trata el artículo 1° del presente Decreto, deberán ser canceladas previamente a la radicación de la solicitud respectiva, exceptuando las cauciones y los pagos por información al usuario de que tratan los numerales 2° y 5°, respectivamente del artículo 1 de este Decreto.
