" Art. 5° No causarán peaje alguno en el camino de Cambao, las mercancías que se fabriquen en el país; pero para que los porteadores tengan derecho á gozar de esta exención, deberán presentar en. cada Aduanilla un certificado del jefe ó representante de la respectiva Empresa, en el cual se indicará claramente la clase y cantidad de los artículos que se conduzcan , con el pase del Inspector respectivo.
