º. Derechos adquiridos. De conformidad con los artículos 11 y 289 de la Ley 100 de 1993, se respetarán los derechos, prerrogativas, servicios y beneficios adquiridos y establecidos conforme a disposiciones normativas anteriores, para quienes a la fecha de vigencia de dicha ley, hayan cumplido los requisitos para acceder a una pensión o se encuentren pensionados por jubilación, vejez, invalidez, sustitución o sobrevivientes.
