Es el acto administrativo emanado del Director General de Prisiones, por medio del cual se asigna a un Oficial, Sub-oficial, o guardián del Cuerpo de Custodia y Vigilancia Penitenciaria Nacional, a un establecimiento carcelario, una vez finalizado el concurso correspondiente.
