Artículo VI . Cualquier controversia que pueda surgir de la interpretación o aplicación del presente Acuerdo será solucionada por los procedimientos contemplados por el Derecho Internacional para la solución pacífica de las controversias, aplicándose en primer lugar el común acuerdo de las Partes.
