Toda caución en dinero efectivo que se otorgue ante el Juez o funcionario instructor aduanero se mantendrá en la Caja de la Aduana respectiva a órdenes del Juez o Instructor. El Cajero la recibirá como depósito provisional y su devolución se hará cuando el Juez o el Instructor lo ordene, por Fondo Rotatorio.
