Una Comisión Especial, integrada por dos representantes del Ministerio de Guerra y dos de la Comisaria Especial de Arauca, procederá a delimitar en forma aproximada, sobre una carta adecuada, las zonas de terrenos baldíos que para cada una de estas entidades se reserve, al tenor de lo dispuesto en el artículo 4° del Decreto que se reglamenta.
