Objeto. El presente Decreto tiene como objeto adoptar medidas en el ámbito laboral con el fin de promover la conservación del empleo y brindar alternativas a trabajadores y empleadores dentro de la Emergencia Económica, Social y Ecológica, declarada por el Gobierno nacional por medio del Decreto 417 del 17 de marzo de 2020.
