El presente Decreto rige para las exportaciones de café cuyo embarque deba efectuarse desde el 1º de julio de 1991 según el anuncio de ventas correspondiente. En consecuencia, las exportaciones con embarques anunciados antes de la fecha mencionada, se sujetarán íntegramente a las normas que rijan con anterioridad a este Decreto.
