ARTICULO 48 . Cuando en la actuación que se adelante aparezca prueba sumaria de los hechos que se investiguen, se formularán los cargos indicando los hechos imputados y las pruebas que los acreditan, se correrá traslado de los mismos al presunto infractor, para efectos de que rinda descargos y solicite las pruebas que considere necesarias durante el término de diez (10) días hábiles contados a partir de la notificación de los mismos.
