ARTICULO 275 ter. La pena prevista en el artículo anterior se aumentará hasta en la mitad, si el hecho se cometiere
En aeronaves de Estado;
Por un funcionario o empleado público con ocasión de sus funciones o excediéndose en el ejercicio de ellas, o por empleados de empresas de transporte aéreo;
Por tres o más personas;
En aeronaves destinadas al transporte público.
