El Fondo Nacional de Garantías tendrá derecho a deducir anualmente el valor de las reservas técnicas o de siniestralidad constituidas durante el respectivo ejercicio. En igual forma podrá proceder el Fondo Agropecuario de Garantías de que trata la Ley 16 de 1990 respecto a sus provisiones y reservas.
