Relaciones con el Fondo Común para los Productos Básicos

La organización aprovechará plenamente los servicios del Fondo Común para los Productos Básicos.

Con respecto a la ejecución de cualquier proyecto realizado conforme al párrafo 1 de este artículo, la organización no actuará de organismo de ejecución ni contraerá ninguna obligación financiera por las garantías dadas por los Miembros u otras entidades. No se podrá imputar a ningún Miembro, por ser Miembro de la organización, ninguna responsabilidad por los préstamos concedidos o los empréstitos tomados por otro Miembro o entidad en relación con esos proyectos.
