Article 22

Para Los Efectos Del Parágrafo Único Del Artículo 14 De La Ley 29 De 1973, Dentro Del Mismo Término A Que Se Refiere El Artículo Anterior, Los Notarios Enviarán S La Superintendencia De Notariado Y Registro Certificados Suyos Sobre Los Siguientes Hechos: A) Número De Escrituras Autorizadas Por Ellos En El Mes Inmediatamente Anterior; B) El Cumplimiento De Sus Obligaciones Para Con La Superintendencia De Notariado Y Registro, El Fondo Nacional Del Notariado, El Colegio De Notarios, Las Entidades De Seguridad O Provisión Social, Sus Empleados Subalternos Y Las Demás Que Les Impongan Las Leyes

Para los efectos del

Parágrafo único

del artículo 14 de la Ley 29 de 1973, dentro del mismo término a que se refiere el artículo anterior, los Notarios enviarán s la Superintendencia de Notariado y Registro certificados suyos sobre los siguientes hechos

Número de escrituras autorizadas por ellos en el mes inmediatamente anterior;

El cumplimiento de sus obligaciones para con la Superintendencia de Notariado y Registro, el Fondo Nacional del Notariado, el Colegio de Notarios, las entidades de seguridad o provisión social, sus empleados subalternos y las demás que les impongan las leyes.

Parágrafo

No habrá lugar al pago de subsidio a quienes no hayan cumplido los requisitos establecidos en este artículo.
