ARTICULO 404 . Lugar de detención para clérigos y religiosos . Los clérigos y religiosos a quienes se refiere el artículo 20 de la Ley 20 de 1974, y todos aquellos ministros de igual categoría que pertenezcan a otra religión, cumplirán la medida de privación de la libertad en sus respectivas casas parroquiales, en casa o convento de comunidades religiosas.
