Decreto 661 de 1979 · Por el cual se adoptan medidas para controlar el consumo de combustible en el territorio nacional

La violación a lo dispuesto en el artículo 1º será sancionada con el cierre del establecimiento respectivo hasta por siete (7) días; sanción que se aplicará conforme a lo previsto en el artículo 208 del Decreto 1355 de 1970 y siguiendo los procedimientos dispuestos al respecto por dicho Decreto y el número 522 de 1971.

Parágrafo

La especulación y el acaparamiento del combustible en sus diversas formas, tales como la no venta justificada, serán sancionados por las autoridades competentes conforme a os procedimientos y en los casos establecidos por las normas vigentes.
