Se prohíbe el vertimiento de residuos líquidos sin tratar, provenientes del lavado de vehículos aéreos y terrestres, así como del de aplicadores manuales y aéreos, recipientes, empaques y envases que contengan o hayan contenido agroquímicos u otras sustancias tóxicas.

Parágrafo

Los residuos líquidos provenientes del lavado de embarcaciones, buques, naves o medios de transporte similares, se dispondrán de conformidad con el artículo 88 de este Decreto.
