No será admitido en el establecimiento, y si lo hubiere sido ya, será expulsado, todo alumno que á juicio del Consejo Directivo pueda perjudicar el buen nombre de la Escuela por su mala conducta ó por cualquier hecho escandaloso ó inmoral que haya ejecutado dentro ó fuéra del establecimiento, ó porque se le descubra alguna enfermedad contagiosa ó radicalmente incurable.
