Las personas que ejercieren la profesión de farmacéuticos, sin llenar los requisitos exigidos en el presente Decreto, serán apercibidas, y si continuaren ejerciendo se castigarán con multas de $50 a $200, y con el doble en caso de reincidencia. Estas multas serán impuestas por los Directores Departamentales o Intendenciales de Higiene.
