Art. 193. En cualquier estado del juicio se puede articular sobre el pago, ó el cumplimiento de la obligación, exhibiéndose el documento en que conste el hecho. Si se declara no probado el pago, ó el cumplimiento de la obligación, se condenará en costas al ejecutado, quien no podrá proponer sobre ello nueva articulación.
