º. Los miembros del Consejo Nacional Electoral devengarán por concepto de honorarios mensuales el setenta y cinco por ciento (75%) de la remuneración total mensual que en todo tiempo perciban los Consejeros de Estado. La cuantía de sus viáticos cuando cumpla comisiones de servicio, será igual a la señalada para el Registrador Nacional del Estado Civil.
