º Habrá Consejos Seccionales de la Judicatura en las ciudades cabecera de distrito judicial en que a juicio del Consejo Superior resulte conveniente su funcionamiento. Este podrá agrupar varios distritos judiciales bajo la competencia de un Consejo Seccional. Los Consejos Seccionales se dividirán también en sala administrativa y sala jurisdiccional disciplinaria, cuyo número de miembros fijará la Sala Plena del Consejo Superior.
