Obrará el Capitán de acuerdo con el Cabo del Resguardo que va a bordo en las excursiones, e intervendrá en la formación del inventario de lo que se capture o se decomise como contrabando conforme a las leyes fiscales. Las embarcaciones y objetos aprehendidos serán presentados en la Aduana a que pertenezca el buque, y el Administrador de ella dará cuenta de lo ocurrido, por telégrafo, al Ministerio de Hacienda, a la mayor Brevedad.
