Reasunción de competencia. Las competencias delegadas en las intendencias regionales podrán ser reasumidas en la sede principal en cualquier tiempo por razones de orden financiero o por motivos de interés público que así lo ameriten.

LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.2.2.9.3. Reasunción de competencia. El Superintendente de Sociedades podrá en cualquier tiempo reasumir la competencia por razones de orden financiero o por motivos de interés público que lo ameriten.
