Las encomiendas con acuse de recibo se inscribirán en el libro de recibo y entrega con la anotación A. R. en la columna de observaciones. En caso de que el destinatario se niegue a firmar el acuse de recibo, se considerara el envío como rehusado y se hará constar esta circunstancia sobre la misma fórmula de acuse de recibo y en 1a columna de observaciones del referido libro.
