Artículo tercero. La Dirección Seccional de Minas de Pasto ejercerá las funciones que a los Gobernadores atribuyen los artículos 1° y 12 del Decreto 1600 de 1937, para lo cual la Gobernación pondrá a su disposición los expedientes respectivos. También ejercerá la atribución que el articulo décimotercero del mismo Decreto señala a la Dirección General de Minas.
