Cuando la importación se realice en desarrollo de un Acuerdo comercial o Convenio Internacional del cual Colombia haga parte y en el que se hubieren establecido reglas de origen, éste deberá determinarse y certificarse de conformidad con las reglas que para el efecto se hayan establecido en dicho Acuerdo o Convenio.
