Venta al exterior del material decomisado. Por conducto del Comando General de las Fuerzas Militares, el Gobierno Nacional pondrá en venta mediante licitación privada internacional, las armas y municiones de guerra, que se consideren inservibles, obsoletas y que no sean susceptibles de reconversión y utilización por la Fuerza Pública.

Artículo 101. Venta al exterior del material decomisado.
