Hurto calificado . Se sancionará como contravención especial, con pena de dos (2) a ocho (8) años de prisión, el hurto calificado de que trata el artículo 350 del Código Penal cuando el valor de lo apropiado sea inferior a diez (10) salarios mínimos legales mensuales. Las circunstancias de agravación a que se refiere el artículo 351 del Código Penal se aplicarán a esta contravención, con el incremento punitivo allí previsto.
