Art. 11. Siempre que el Jefe del Resguardo ó el Administrador principal visiten las Salinas en cumplimiento del artículo 5.° del presente decreto, éste último dará cuenta del resultado, en oficio especial, al Ministerio de Hacienda, proponiendo, al mismo tiempo, las medidas ó reformas que juzgue aplicables á las ocurrencias de que se trate.
