La Universidad en el cumplimiento de sus funciones se ceñirá a los Decretos-leyes 3153, 1050, y 3130 de 1968, a les presentes estatutos y a las demás disposiciones legales vigentes, y no podrá desarrollar actividades o ejecutar actos distintos, ni destinar cualquier parte de sus bienes o recursos para fines diferentes a los contemplados en las citadas normas.
