El andamiaje para construcción de casas o edificios de más de un piso, debe cumplir con las condiciones de seguridad y solidez necesarios para evitar accidentes de trabajo, las cuales fijará el Ministro de Trabajo, Higiene y Previsión Social. Los demás andamios deben construírse con la solidez y seguridad necesarias para soportar las cargas a que están destinados.
