Articulo 33 . El concesionario será responsable de la utilización que se haga de los formularios recibidos y deberá reconocer, en todo caso, los premios correspondientes a los formularios que resultaren favorecidos, si consta en el registro que estos fueron entregados, lo cual será para estos efectos prueba suficiente.
