Artículo segundo. Las partidas distribuidas en el presente Decreto para atender a la creación, instalación y sostenimiento de la Escuela Normal de Rurales de Chitagá (Norte de Santander), para Varones, creada por el Decreto legislativo número 0200 de 1958, y dependiente de la División de Educación Campesina, serán giradas al Pagador III de dicho establecimiento. Comuníquese y publíquese.
