Igualmente se construirá con fondos nacionales sendos locales para escuelas en las ciudades de Neiva, Departamento del Huila, y la Unión. Departamento de Nariño, con los nombres de Cándido Leguísamo y Juan Solarte Obando, y allí se erigirán los bustos a que se refieren respectivamente, el artículo 2° de la Ley 51 de 1933 el artículo 8° de la Ley 29 de 1933 .
