La tarjeta de operación deberá contener la siguiente información
Datos de la empresa: Razón social, sede, radio de acción y/o zona de operación.
Datos del vehículo: Clase, marca, modelo, número de motor, capacidad, placas.
Fecha de vencimiento, numeración consecutiva, firma y sello de la oficina expedidora.
