Dentro del primer trimestre de cada año, las Cajas de Compensación Familiar con reservas de vivienda acumuladas, presentarán a la Superintendencia del Subsidio Familiar los planes y programas que desarrollarán en el respectivo año, con cargo a tales reservas. La Superintendencia vigilará la efectiva y adecuada realización de los referidos planes.
