ARTICULO 21. DEL RECONOCIMIENTO DE VACACIONES NO CAUSADAS EN CASO DE RETIRO DEL SERVICIO. Cuando una persona cese en sus funciones faltándole treinta días o menos para cumplir un año de servicio, tendrá derecho a que se le reconozcan y compensen en dinero las correspondientes vacaciones como si hubiera trabajado un año completo.
