ARTICULO 67. Aplicación de mínimos y máximos. Sólo podrá imponerse el máximo de la pena cuando concurran únicamente circunstancias de agravación punitiva y el mínimo, cuando concurran exclusivamente de atenuación, sin perjuicio de lo dispuesto en el Artículo 61o.
