Artículo único. El Gobierno puede, mediante solicitud de los interesados y con aprobación se la Corte Suprema de Justicia, trasladar á los Magistrados de un Tribunal á otro siempre que á su juicio, no se perjudique el buen servicio público.

Queda derogado el artículo 225 de la ley 147 de 1888 .
