Articulo decimosegundo. La vigilancia de la gestión fiscal del Fondo corresponde a la Contraloría General de la República, por intermedio de sus Auditores Delegados en Colombia y en el Exterior. La Contraloría General de la República prescribirá los sistemas contables más apropiados que permitan una mayor agilidad en los trámites, de acuerdo con la naturaleza y organización del Fondo.
