Otorgase un auxilio a la Asociación Colombiana de Facultades de Medicina, por la cantidad anual de cincuenta millones de pesos ($ 50.000.000.00) moneda legal, que se incluirá en el presupuesto de rentas y gastos a partir de la vigencia de 1984. Autorízase al Gobierno Nacional para efectuar las operaciones presupuestales necesarias para dar cumplimiento a este artículo.
