- VIGILANCIA Y CONTROL. La Superintendencia Bancaria ejercerá las funciones de vigilancia y control de las operaciones que realice la Financiera de Desarrollo Territorial S.A., Findeter, con iguales facultades a las concedidas y que en el futuro le conceda la ley en relación con las entidades del sistema financiero. Durante los primeros tres meses de cada año, la Contraloría General de la República examinará, mediante auditor especial, el ejercicio y los estados financieros de la vigencia del año inmediatamente anterior.
